How Does Novice 1 Fit the Official TOCFL Structure?

Novice 1 is the first result in Band Novice and sits below CEFR A1. RadicalRampage now uses the official name directly instead of renumbering this section as a numbered TOCFL level.

This numbering describes the vocabulary practice track. When registering for an exam, use the current official band and result-level names shown by the test center.
